Amb. Rachel Bakam interviews the Vice President of Liberia and receives Legendary Peace Award in Liberia

Ya-hello-oooo (Yes that's how to say hello in Liberia)����������Yes Tv Amazon Amb (Chief) Rachel Bakam aka Rachel the PIPER keeps leaving great trails behind her as she builds a powerful media career. Just recently, amongst her numerous globetrotting destinations, she added Liberia to the long list.

Travelling along with her long term Editor per excellence Friday Onwe on a barter deal with Airpeace, This trip came about As a result of an award she was to be accorded at the Golden Image Award which was THE LEGENDARY PEACE AWARD put together by amiable and the great Liberia's Cultural Ambassador Julie Endee. Knowing how Rachel knows how to kill many birds with one stone, she didn't only receive the award, she ended up holding an Exclusive interview with the Vice President of Liberia Her Excellency Chief Dr Jewel Howard Taylor.

Then she experienced and covered the big celebration of Liberia's 172nd Independence Day. That wasn't all; She interviewed a renowned Liberian Senator His Excellency Sir Joseph Saah the Senator in charge of Montserrado County. Then she also attended and covered the launching of Liberia's Ministerial complex, the launch of a factory and so many events along with the President His Excellency Dr George Manneh Weah. That wasn't all, she also interviewed the former Liberian Ambassador to the United Kingdom Wesley Johnson and her Co-Chief in Ibagwa Nike Eze Okwe Kingdom in Enugu State, the wife of Former Liberian President His Excellency Charles Taylor, Chief Tupee Taylor (who was a great host on her visit and stay in Liberia) then she ended the day at The Nigerian community in Liberia made up of mostly Igbos and their businesses.

During this trip she also made some nice Liberian friends including Robena, Sharon, Denice and Delarue. She will go back to Liberia to interview the President soon. You can catch all these on her multiple award winning television programme Rachel the PIPER which shows 6pm every Saturday on AIT.
