Chief Josaih Ifedi the Executive President Josaih Ifedi Foundation and Chairrman /Chief Executive Officer UNIQUE JOE COMMUNICATIONS and Ideal Hotels and Suites together with his partners MTN Nigeria and Bet Naija delivered an evergreen City carnival in Mbaukwu to herald the new decade of 2020.

The event which climaxed the end of the unity cup football competition finals between Umuodum village and Ndiagu Village, which the later triumphed.

The cash prizes for the winners and the runners up were one of the huggiest in the state for such community competition.
The tournament was well catered for as all logistics and all the necessary provisions were made. Nothing whatsoever was lacking as evident in most of such community competitions.

The level of support provided by sponsors, ensured we had a smooth and hitch free competition. Kudos to the sponsors Chief Josaih Ifedi.

After the keenly  contested finals and highly entertaining of the  football competition, the much advertised Mbaukwu City carnival came on. Some sceptis never believed there will be one especially as it has been three years since the last one was staged.

Things began to take shape later that evening as stages and canopies were quickly erected. The  sceptical crowd started gathering until the arena became filled to the capacity.
There were so many items for the lucky members of the public on display. Such included cartons of noddles, bags of Rice, motorcycles, Gas cookers, standing fans and generators.

Many artistes graced the event to entertain the teeming crowd. Prominent comedians which included John Okafor - Mr Ibu, Slowdog and numerous others entertained. Music Machine of Mbaukwu, The Young, was at his best to thrill the large crowd at Agumgnala Square, Mbaukwu.

It was indeed a night that can never be forgotten in a hurry.
To further bring joy and happiness to the people, many fans went home with numerous  fabulous gift items as mentioned earlier.

Nwachinameluife has indeed set a huge record that cannot easily be broken. This is a true Mbaukwu Ambassador with a great heart. May God bless him and his family.

Speaking to Kpakpando at the event Chief Ifedi thanked God for providing the means and hope to make it bigger and more rewarding by the next edition in December 2020.
