REFUTAL
The attention of the management of 64 Lifestyle has been drawn to a malicious and damaging falsehood being circulated in the social media and traditional media over the death of one Mrs. Precious Chioma Okwuadigbo, a food seller.
While the management of the entertainment outfit commiserates with the family of late Precious Chioma, over her untimely death, we wish to state that 64 Lifestyle is not responsible for the death so mentioning the name of the entertainment outfit, looks as if they are the killers.
As a responsible brand in Yenagoa, the state capital, we give optimum attention to the security of our guests and staffers, thereby deploying latest security gadgets and measures.
We wish to categorically state that late Chioma Precious plies her trade meters away from Club 64 Lifestyle which many patronise her, therefore we are surprised why 64 Lifestyle will be held responsible for her death. We will restraint ourselves from joining issues with anybody, however take legal actions to seek redress in a comptent court of law if such news stories are further made on the issue.
Hence this refutal to state our position over the incident and a warning against publication to implicate 64 Lifestyle.
We employ those circulating this falsehood to demise from this cowardly act of spreading fake news without cross checking their facts. The public should disregard any unfounded news of the involvement of 64 Lifestyle in the death of Chioma Precious.
We are aware of ploys by some misguided elements to damage our hard earned reputation built over years through diligence, commitment and adherence to best practice standard of clubbing.
While we allow the police to carry out a thorough investigation to unearth the culprits and bring them to justice, we call on our customers to be rest assured of their safety as the club house don't allow guns or any other dangerous weapon within its premises.
