The late father of Amb. Elijah Onyeagba, the former candidate of All Progressive Congress for Njikoka, Anaocha, Dunukofia Federal Constituency in Anambra state has been finally laid to rest on the 20th/ 21st of February 2020, in a well attended burial ceremony held at the compound of Late Apostle Raphael Onyeagba in Umueze Awovu Village, Enugwu Ukwu, Njikoka LGA, Anambra state.

According StatePress, the burial ceremony was a talk of the town as it witnessed the distinguished presence of high leveled personalities including the Minister of Labour, Dr. Chris Ngige, Senator Ekwunife, Anambra Deputy Governor, Nkem Okeke, APC Chieftains and amongst other reputable individuals from across Nigeria.
Speaking with one of the guests at the historic ceremony of the Burial of Apostle Raphael, he described the burial ceremony as one that it reminds him of the extraordinary wisdom and influence of late Apostle Raphael when he was yet alive. He noted that though Apostle Raphael may have lived-on at 81years, but his achievements and impact will remain alive forever.

The occasion also witnessed the condolence presence of friends, family members, extended relations, children, grand children, great grand children, in-laws and other close relations from within and outside the country. In a statement by Amb. Elijah who spoke with our reporters, he stressed on his appreciation to the guests who made out time to be at the burial ceremony of his father, Late Apostle Raphael Onyeagba who gloriously exited this world few months ago after a life of impact and excellent achievements.
The burial ceremony also witnessed lots of entertainment, fun, reunion and other social experiences that gave so much colour and an ambience of joy, including an atmosphere of sober reflections amongst persons, guests, family members, relatives and friends of Late Apostle Raphael Onyeagba.
