On The 19th of May 2021, Chief Bonaveture Mokwe Called on the Government through his face book account, to Plead with the property owners to forfeit one month rent for all tenants as a form of palliative in the face of the Global pandemic that is ravaging both life of individuals and the Economy of the whole world.
Then on the 22nd of May, he decided to walk the talk on his own by cancelling one month rent for all his tenants scattered between Anambra and Lagos States to alleviate the suffering occasioned by the dreaded Pandemic
