In Nigeria today, few vibrant persons are yet working earnestly to make reputable impacts towards the development of its political infrastructures and improvement in its administrative engagements. Mr. Suleiman Ahmed had some years ago kickedoff his engagements with politics of national interest, even as a student of Bayero University Kano-BUK. Suleiman was already active in students politics especially in his activities with the Student Union Government-SUG of BUK, Kano State. During his infant years in politics he had represented students and participated in several political activities at different state and national levels.
After his formative years, Suleiman became a force to either contend or allign with, especially in politics. In achieving this capacity and experience, Suleiman had earlier worked passionately in pioneering and participating in the activities of several nationwide campaigns and initiaves. According to reports Suleiman garnered experience and influence when he became fully engaged in key party activities of the People's Democratic Party-PDP, where he worked as a Technical Assistant at the National Headquarters of the Party.
Being a devoted member of the Peoples Democratic Party, even at national levels, Suleiman Musa participated actively in the Party, which earned him several reputable positions and responsibilities. From 2010 and until 2019, he was a Member of the Presidential Campaign of PDP. He had also worked with National Youth Leader of the Party is presently one of the most Senior Aides with the Financial Secretary of PDP at the National Secretariat in Abuja.
Suleiman Musa Ahmed had also been a pioneer staff of Neighbour2Neighbour-N2N, an influential grassroot mobilization and political campaign network in Nigeria. His proactive approach towards result oriented dispositions continued to breeze his relevance across all even the legislative sector, until he was appointed a legislative Aide at the National Assembly; a huge political task which he held responsively.
As a member of several strategic youth groups across the country and as a legislative Aide in the National Assembly, Suleiman was instrumental in supporting the "Not Too Young To Run" Bill, before it was passed as an Act by the 8th National Assembly under President Muhammadu Buhari first term in office. The act played a much significant role in youth inclusiveness and participation in leadership and governance in Nigeria.
Known as an Enterpreneur, Investor, People's Servant and a grassroot Mobilizer, Suleiman Musa Ahmed is also a successfully married man, with quite an adorable home. He is married to Salamatu Abdullahi Tahir and they are blessed with children. The "big boss" as he is referred by friends and close relatives, is currently the Member of the Board of Directors of Tima Nana Concept, a Subsidiary of the FCMB Retail and Investment Company.
He remains one of the few outstanding personalities who have nurtured unhealed wounds in their struggle to support excellent leadership, inclusive governance and true nationalism across the political circle in Nigeria. His impact will some day be a reference point for the motivation of young politicians, Enterpreneurs and caregivers in societies across Africa.
