A Nigeria-based NGO, Alhaji Shehu Endowment Foundation has held a charity outreach across various communities and streets within the Suburbs of the Federal Capital Territory, yesterday, 25th of July 2020. The foundation shared and gave out items to vulnerable persons and households, especially hawkers, beggars, children and nursing mothers who are yet surviving by engaging in all sort of petty trade.

The outreach by Alhaji Shehu Endowment Foundation was carried out to introduce and mark the birthday of its Founder, Prince Asawana, popularly known as Alhaji Shehu, who will be plus one today- 26th July. Speaking with Abuja Press, Prince Asawana stated that the focal point of the outreach was to touch lives, help the less privileged and make indelible impacts, by giving back to the society.

In recent times, the Alhaji Shehu Foundation has continued to support and initiate programs for sustainable development across states and Communities in Nigeria. Few weeks ago it sealed a partnership deal with an International NGO, called Charity Table Foundation. The partnership exposed the scope of activities and humanitarian networks of Alhaji Shehu Foundation, thereby extending it charity activities to those in actual need of help and assistance.

According to reports and reactions from beneficiaries of the outreach program by Alhaji Shehu Foundation, they appreciated the foundation and thanked its Founder, Prince Asawana for the thoughtful gestures and concerns he had for less privileged persons. They prayed for more grace and mercy of Almighty Allah upon him.

Already, Prince Asawana,a popular TV personality, an OAP Wazobia FM, red carpet Host and Comedian, has continue to received countless birthday prayers, wishes and felicitations from friends, fans, colleagues and family members across Nigeria.
