In view of the 2021 forthcoming Local Government Area elections in FCT, Mr. Barry Avotu Johnson 1st, has stated that it was time to build bridges between indigenes of FCT, non indigenes of FCT, FCT Administration and the Federal Government of Nigeria. He made this call few hours ago when he announced his Intentions to become the next elected AMAC Chariman in FCT.

He stated that over his past 20years in Abuja, non indigenes have been isolated from governance and haven't been treated fairly, with regards to been deprived the dividends of true democratic leadership. He stressed that it was time for non indigenes to shine in the light by moving towards the future with true hands of friendship for the development of our people in FCT.

Mr. Barry Avotu Johnson 1st noted that if elected as the Chairman of AMAC, he was going to ensure the provision of basic amenities and dividends of democracy to the people. He assured the people of AMAC that by God's grace the true change will be achieve through him and the foundation for sustainable and continuous development for AMAC will be layed.
He stated that his administration will be immediately consider issues and provisional solutions in areas of water and uninterrupted power supply, quality healthcare, accessible roads, foreign and local investments, agricultural revolutions, youth and women empowerment and development, loans facilities to support SMEs, sports development, security and education.

He however concluded by calling on the support of well meaning persons in Abuja. He called on them to support his campaign which he officially tagged "Good, Better, Best Campaign Movement", which will takeover AMAC for good.
