Incompetency on the part of Gov. Babajide Sanwo Olu led to the total breakdown of law and order in Lagos State, thus, the remedy to restore normalcy in Lagos and other part of the country is for Babajide Sanwo Olu to tender his resignation.

The consequences of the misrepresentation of Governor Babajide Sanwo Olu information to the world, through the media that there was no loss of life from the officers of the Nigeria Army on the 20th October at Lekki Toll Gate, instigate the youths to unleash violence to state infrastructure and institution, in a bit to express anger over the ineptitude of government in handling chaotic situation.

In a critical situation like this, the body language of our leaders goes a long way to determine the popular decision of the mass protesters, agrived with injustice and brutality that Prevail in Nigeria.

The anarchy in Lagos further reveals that Gov. Sanwo Olu is incapable to govern Lagos State, as such he should be honorable to tender his resignation as the Executive Governor of Lagos State for peace to prevail in Lagos.

As a stakeholder in the struggle to see Nigeria succeed, and for the losses and innocent blood shed so far, I call on the All Progressive Congress Leadership, to as matter of urgency, demand the resignation of Babajide Sanwo Olu as Governor of Lagos.

On the part of the people,we have counted more losses by our youths, women and children , so it's time for the leadership to be sensitive to the developing issues and identify with the protesting masses by resigning honourably in the spirit of servant leadership.

I believe, if this honorable move is achieved, peace and tranquility will be restored and our youth will be calm  and ready for negotiation.

God Bless Nigeria.
