Popular Abuja-based stand-up Comedian, MC and fast rising Celebrity Entertainer, "Washington" has commenced one of the most humorous comedy events in Abuja titled "De Comedy Union: Where Happy People Unite". The amazing comedy show commenced on the 14th of May 2021 and would be held every Friday throughout the month of May and beyond.
According to AbujaPress Reporter, the event of De Comedy Union", was indeed mind-blowing, as it witnessed the humourous performance of top rated Abuja-based Entertainers including Waffi, Cri Snow, amongst others. The massively attended Comedy Show was held at Deeviva Chicken and Soups, located opposite Keje Grills, Citi Park, Wuse2 Abuja.
The event of "De Comedy Union: Where Happy People Unite", also witnessed other side attractions which made the occasion a huge success. Some of the engaging activities recorded during the Comedy event included lots of presentations, photos, Chicken/fish foods, drinks, and "Shayi".
Speaking with one of the major Organisers, Amb. Kingsley Amafibe, he expressed appreciation to Abuja residents who were present to experience the humourous performance, relaxed ambience and entertaining moments presented during the Comedy Show. He thanked performing Artists, as he assures Guests of a bigger and better experience in the next forthcoming edition, holding on Friday May 22nd 2021.
Speaking with few persons who attended the occasion including the partner Barrister Shittu Osigwe, several of them commended the organisers, as they also applauded the Host for the huge success and entertaining experience they had. They however assured our Reporter of their consistent attendance of the all-Friday comedy show.
