A Nigerian-indigenous pageant institution, known a African Royalty Awards has commenced nomination of potential Awardees across several award categories ahead of her forthcoming 2021 edition. The Annual award ceremony would be held at Sheraton Hotels and Towers in Abuja, the Capital City of Nigeria and would witness the presence of prominent personalities within Nigeria and across neighbouring countries.


In a recent statement by the Principal Executive and Head of the 2021 organising committee of African Royalty Awards, Duke Bassey noted that nominations was based on merit, with emphasis on their contributions towards to growth and development of African Communities.

Amongst some of the listed Nominees, even s nomination remains ongoing include, HE Gov Patrick Okowa, the Executive Governor of Delta state, Engineer Udeme R. Akpan, MD Phaenon Communication Ltd, Rt hon Alhassan Ado Doguwa, Member of the Federal House of Representatives, Chief Obi Cubana, Hon. Shina Abiola Peller, Member of the Federal House of Representatives, Hon. Prince Akinremi Jagaban, Member of the Federal House of Representatives and amongst others.


Over the years, the African Royalty Awards has continued to recognize and honour Personalities, as well as Institutions that remained devoted in their earnest contributions towards the growth and development of Nigeria, the pride and giant of Africa. However, in a reaction from Mr. Bassey, the President HBFL Empire Limited, noted that the forthcoming edition which is themed "celebrating Africa Exceptionals" will be historic and amazingly entertaining.
