Former Presidential Candidate and Publisher of Sahara Reporters, Omoyele Sowore has been released.

The fiery activist was picked up after stepping out of the court in Abuja where the chairman and members of the party had converged to witness a case.

Sowore took to his verified twitter page to announce his release by the police while using unsavoury words to define the force and Prince Ned Nwoko whom we learnt wrote the petition that led to his arrest.

“Released from Nigeria Police Force id*ot*c arrest and detention.
“They claimed I defamed a cr*m*nal, Ned Nwoko! Useless people. #RevolutionNow #WeCantContinueLikeThis,” he twitted.
