The leadership of communities around Burutu II state constituency Delta state has adopted a front line aspirant for the State House of Assembly, Hon. Enetimi Biriala Government at their candidate in the upcoming election in 2023.
Hon. Enetimi is seeking election into the State Assembly to represent Burutu II constituency.
Burutu has about 60 villages with a large number of their leaders indicating interest to support Hon. Enetimi as their next representative.
Women and youth groups could not hold their joy as they trooped out in large numbers to welcome the Assembly member hopeful.
They pledged commitment to ensure they support him secure victory, affirming to his capacity to represent the people effectively.
One of the youth leaders, Johnson Emeh said Hon. Enetimi wields goodwill which cannot be compared with that of any other aspirant as he is deeply loved among the people, expressing hope that he will win.
A woman leader, Dorathy Ovie said the women are full of excitement, stating that he has touched the lives of many in the community.
Before joining in the State House of Assembly race, Hon. Enetimi had embarked on numerous empowerment projects in Burutu which the people benefitted from.
He had also awarded scholarships and done some developmental projects to affect the lives of the people for good.
This may not be unconnected with the massive support he received during the declaration.
