When Tony Ezekiel emerges as the PDP's candidate for Edo South Senatorial District, an indigene of South-Ibie in Etsako West LGA of Edo State has promised to embark on an endurance walk around the communities of Edo North to raise awareness for his candidature.

Mr Tony Ezekiel, according to a local by the name of Osilama Momodu, is the greatest choice to reclaim the Senatorial District from the APC.

Osilama who vouched for the integrity and honesty of Tony claims only such a distinguished individual can give the people of Edo North the right direction and leadership.

When the news of Tony Ezekiel's clearance by the PDP reached South-Ibie, he expressed his delight, saying it was the dawn of a new era as the face of good governance is finally set to birth at Edo North.

With his two legs, the physically brave and gallant 52-year-old farmer claims he would begin an awareness campaign that would take him across all of Edo North's communities. He stated that he will begin his journey in Ugieda, his ancestral home.

Listen to Osilama's words...

"This is the best news I've heard in a long time; seeing Tony Ezekiel's screening piqued my interest; here is a man of excellent integrity, a man who is an exemplary leader who cares for his people.

As soon as he secures the ticket, I will do everything in my power to rally support for his campaign.

I'd start an endurance trip across Edo North to raise awareness for his campaign; it's the one small sacrifice I can make for a man who has affected people all over the world. The expedition would begin in Ugieda, where I grew up."

The path of Osilama is expected to pass through Ugieda, Uzairue-Jattu, Aviele, Okpekpe, Uzanu, Sabongida-Ora, Ive-Ada-Obi,ibillo, Igarra, and other communities before ending in Auchi.

He maintains he is steadfast in his actions due to Tony Ezekiel's track record of success, which he claims makes him the perfect guy for the job.
