Nsikan Paul, a humanitarian, seasoned administrator and a certified entrepreneur, is the Executive Director of DRUM MAJORS FOR PEACE and PUALSTA ENTERTAINMENT AND THEATRE CONCEPTS, where he administrates as a development practitioner, Event Planner and Manager. He is the conceptualizer and convener of NATIONAL ENTERTAINMENT AND PEACE SUMMIT, FEED ONE INITIATIVE, STAKEHOLDERS SUMMIT ON SOCIAL JUSTICE, NATIONAL UNITY DANCE CHALLENGE, INTERNATIONAL FOOD CULTURE EXPO and the CEO, SOCIAL JUSTICE MAGAZINE; a publication that x-rays strong set of positive values and promote issues on social justice, developmental issues and it's related tenets. 

The hardworking gentleman has volunteered, served and has also designed numerous initiatives to give basic credence and unwavering services to the extraordinary citizens with proof of outstanding, laudable, genuine and verifiable selfless achievements to humanity. His youth oriented initiatives and advocacy programs harnesses creative potentials of the youths to productivity and economic gains.


The dynamic and very talented Akwa Ibom son is a graduate of the prestigious University of Abuja with B.Sc (Hons.) in Public Administration, he was trained and awarded a certificate in Scriptwriting and Entertainment, he has also acquired other professional and leadership certificates. 

Nsikan believes in the Latin maxim “Salus Populi Suprema Lex” which when translated means “THE WELFARE OF THE PEOPLE IS THE SUPREME LAW”. And consciously guided by this philosophy, He dedicates himself to humanity, creative empowerment, youth mentorship, promotion of positive and family values, love, unity and social cohesion. Besides, he is a lover of youths and encouraged by the creative potentials and talents God deposited in the African youths, especially Nigeria. He has won several National & International awards including "EXCELLENT RECORD AWARD" presented to him by the Korean Cultural Centre Nigeria.


He is an Ambassador of the Compassionate Family, an initiative of the Catholic Chaplaincy of the Nigerian Correctional Service that takes care of the welfare of the prisoners, youth and the indigent members of the society. He is also the Youth Ambassador for Peace and Social Cohesion for TNY Gallery and African Cultural Heritage Centres, Promoters of Bantu Cultural Festival among others.


Nsikan is also passionate about community service and has rendered service to Akwa Ibom Community, Abuja in different capacity. He is currently the President of IBOM PACESETTERS FORUM. The Chairman central planning committee of the maiden edition of the INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON PRISONERS JUSTICE. He was appointed the Secretary of HEALTH, ENTREPENEURSHIP & YOUTH DEVELOPMNET committee and many others.
