The indigenes of AMAC/Bwari federal Constituency of the Federal Capital Territory Abuja may have reasons to be happy if the candidate of Africa Democratic Congress, Barr. Juliet Isi Ikhayere is elected as a member of the House of Representatives in 2023. 

She has assured that the federal constituency will enjoy a robust development in the education sector, infrastructure, security, women empowerment and many other sectors. 

She also said that she will pay the needed attention to health, culture and tourism if elected in 2023 to the Reps.

At the official unveiling of her manifesto at the weekend in Abuja, Barr. Ikhayere who is the youngest woman Rep candidate in FCT maintained that she will sponsor law that will provide educational support fund to students in the Constituency in a bid to ensure that no child will be left out of school because of the inability of the parents to afford the cost of education. 
The legal practitioner said she will encourage scholarship in basic science in the schools.

On how she will do that, she said, "We will sponsor laws/ policies that will promote Tertiary Vocational Academy TVA) in Amac/Bwari and construct building, metal works, ICT (Phone/Computer Manufacturing). Nigeria Phones productions will be announced as we will provide technical supports/grants for our youths in ICT sector."

She also promised to encourage youth in agriculture/farming with grants and fertilizers. This is not only expected to generate employment, it will also boost the country's effort in raising the bar of food production. 

In the area of infrastructure, she said she will use it to boost industry in the rural communities by embarking on aggressive transformation of roads so that small and medium scale business owners can enjoy access roads that will enhance commercial and economic activities at the grassroot. 

On security, she assured that local vigilantes will be powered to deliver more effectively and ensure that locals are protected. 

She further said, "We are all aware of deteroriating security challenges in FCT and in Nigeria. We will sponsor laws/encourage community policing in our rural communities support their remunerations, gadgets, welfare etc and partner with police and other sister agencies for intelligent gathering, logistics supports, operational costs, and moral boasting Awards for our gallant officers that has distinguished themselves in their line of duty during our annual end of the year assessment programs."

She said women will be exposed to skills that will make them self-reliant and granted access to economic opportunities. This According to Barr. Ikhayere will come with capital to help beneficiaries commence their own businesses. 

She stated further, "We shall sponsor and support laws that will promote Compulsory Health Insurance for pregnant women, kids below 18 years and elderly (60 years and above) in AMAC/BWARI federal constituency and Nigeria. Organise medical outreach with our partners, NGOs, international organisations sponsor surgery for some selected health challenges in AMAC/BWARI Federal constituency"
