Public affairs analyst and rights activist, Deji Adeyanju, has alleged that Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers has directed Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) stakeholders in the state to vote Bola Tinubu in this month presidential election.

PlatinumPost reports that while Tinubu is the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Wike is the leader of the aggrieved Group of Five (G5) governors in PDP.

Though the Rivers governor has yet to formally announce the presidential candidate that will get G5 governors will support, but in a post on his verified social media page on Saturday, the Kogi-born Adeyanju said Wike has now thrown his weight behind Tinubu.

He said :”Wike has given instructions to all PDP stakeholders in Rivers State to vote Tinubu. I said this will happen about 6-months ago even when he was busy dancing around & snapping pictures with Obi.

” Are you still arguing with Deji Adeyanju about politics?”
