Major Lawsuit has been Filed On behalf of Abuja Residents/Voters, at the Federal High Court Abuja, to Stop the swearing in on May 29th 2023.

Until the determination of the question of 25% vote requirement of the FCT, as stated in our constitution , is determined by the Election Petition Tribunal which means, if the Presidential Election Tribunal likes , they can keep delaying, but this injunction will ensure that our Constitutional Democracy is Preserved, and Nobody will be sworn in who did not fulfill the constitutional requirement.

You’d recall that, according to the constitution of Nigeria, section 134, which states that, for any President to be declared winner, he or she must (MUST)….. (take note of that word Mussstu!!) have atleast 25% vote cast in Abuja, FCT.

The person doesn’t necessarily need to win Abuja but must secure at least 25% of the total vote cast in the FCT.

President Muhammadu Buhari. Challenged that against  Jonathan.

However, Jonathan scored 25% in FCT.

See petition below :

The entire eyes of Good Nigerians are so fixated on the Judiciary…. It’s now or never!!!
