HRM, Hon. Amb. Mrs. Queen Zion Torkwase Kilgore has been presented with the award of No Woman No Nation (NWNN) by the governor of Benue State, His Excellency, Rev. Dr Hyacinth Iormem Alia who is also the Grand Patron of the group. 


The award was presented to her in recognition of her significant impact in the women fold through the platform of NWNN and for bringing NGO NWNN closer to the Benue women which has made tremors impact on the women. 


While expressing gratitude for the leadership of NWNN under the chairmanship of Prince Akintola Oluwasayo for finding her worthy of the honour, Amb. Kilgore said time has come to make Benue greater especially with the backing of the governor who is the grand patron of NWNN. 

She said, "We aim to better Benue state and Nigeria in diaspora therefore we must collectively come together to make our state a better place like never before especially now that we have a strong backbone Mr talk and Do, our Grand Patron, the executive governor of Benue state His Excellency Rev Fr. Dr Hyacinth Iormem Alia."


She also thanked the national organizing officer for NWNN Amb. Mrs Luga the commissioner of Urban and rural development in Benue State. 


She also appreciated the coordinator/ Governor of NWNN Benue chapter HRH. Mrs. Priscilla Ambrose Iortyer for their demonstration of leadership which has repositioned the Benue State chapter of the organisation. 

Gov. Alia earlier while commending Amb, Ambassador Akintola Oluwasayo for his good job in NWNN announced the donation of ten thousands bags of rice across the local governments. He is also set to support NGO NWNN to lift 6,000 Women out of poverty. 


NWNN has as its Grand Matron First Lady of the nation, Senator Oluremi Tinubu. It is a non-governmental organization devoted to women empowerment initiatives.
