A renowned Imo-born philanthropist and the founder of Victor For Victory Foundation, Hon. Victor Ihochi Ngumah is set to bury his lovely mother, Late Mrs. Eugenia Nwakaego Ngumah who passed away at the graceful age of 75.


She will be laid to rest in her country home Okwuaba Okpofe in Ezinihitte, Mbaise in Imo State on Saturday, December 30.


A burial arrangement signed on behalf of the family by Mr. Martins Chiedozie Ngumah, a service of songs will be held in her honour at her husband's residence in Okwuoba Okpofe in Ezinihitte, Mbaise. 


The body of their late matriarch will at 9am on Saturday, Dec. 30 depart Holy Rosary Mortuary, Ogbor Nguru for her husband's residence.


A funeral mass will be held in her honour at Christ the King Catholic Parish, Okpofe Ezinihitte Mbaise.


Hon. Ngumah who had aspired for House of Representatives before is notable for his series philanthropic activities in Imo and beyond.


He has rolled out many life-touching campaigns, including free eye care services, educational scholarships and economic empowerments for members of the community and beyond.


The burial is expected to attract politically exposed persons, captains of industries, prominent Igbo sons and daughters from far and wide.


Late Mrs. Eugenia Nwakaego Ngumah was a renowned Christian mother who will be remembered for brokering peace and pursuing unity within the church and her community.
