Tragedy occurred Tuesday evening at a Popular Super Market in One Man Village, Nassarawa State when gunmen suspected to be robbers opened fire on New Year shoppers killing four in the process.
According to an eyewitness, the gun-wielding hoodlums invaded a supermarket twelve Kilometres away from the city of Abuja.
Abujapress reporter gathered that the daredevil suspected robbers invaded a popular shopping mall in the suburb of Abuja around 8 pm clad in a local attire concealing sophisticated weapons beneath.
Our reporter further gathered that on gaining access to the business facility the gunmen opened fire shooting sporadically killing four customers in the ensuing melee.
At the time of filing this report, those who visited the scene of the incident saw the corpses of four people lying in the pool of their blood.
Meanwhile, all efforts to speak to the Nasarawa State Police Command Spokesman Ramhan Nansel, were unsuccessful, as his phone number wasn’t going through.
