The founder Queen Irene Onwuka Foundation, Queen Irene Onwuka has marked her birthday with the release of stunning pictures, expressing gratitude to God for a new phase in life.

The pictures released on her social media pages have continued to attract reactions, with numerous friends and colleagues felicitating with her on her special day.

They are grateful to God for His inspiration and guidance that has made her reach significant milestone in life, affecting the lives of numerous others.
She is believed to have made significant impact in the society especially in the lives of children whose future she has consistently remained critical of.

Her foundation, the Queen Irene Onwuka Peace Foundation (QIOF) had in recent years embarked on child advocacy engagements tagged National Children Peace Concert which she usually holds in the FCT to mark the May 27 Children's Day.

The Foundation, which is her humanitarian initiative seeks to use this outreach to preach the message of peaceful co-existence among Nigerians through children, as part of its ‘Peace Education Campaign’.

She recently held a school quiz competition in partnership with Lagos state government.
Last year, she won award of recognition as African Iconic Young Humanitarian at the African Iconic Women Recognition Awards (AIWRA) 2023.

She was one of the beautiful and elegant women rewarded for their selfless and humanitarian activities in touching the lives of less privileged members of the society.

The event in Abuja which held June 1st organised by Face of Democracy Nigeria (FDN) is equally designed to recognise outstanding women for their contributions in peace building and national development.
