Multichoice has revealed the audition date for Big Brother Naija’s ninth season.


The organizers made the announcement on Tuesday, March 26, via their official X page.


According to the organizers, the application for the audition, which will begin on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at 8:00 p.m., comes with a new format.


In a new twist, it is stated that contestants of the upcoming ninth season will audition in pairs.


The organisers further stated that auditioning pairs can be close friends, family members, romantic partners, or any combination that embodies a “dynamic duo”.


It said: “Exciting News! Biggie is back for #BBNaija Season 9 auditions with a twist! The audition requires 2 people.


”This year, it’s a search for Dynamic Duos that love the show and can turn up the heat in Biggie’s house!


”Can you make a Dynamic Duo? Simply swipe and follow the instructions!


”Auditions open, on 27th March at 8 pm!’


”Contestants are encouraged to submit a three-minute video showcasing their personalities, strengths as a duo, and why they should be in the house for BBNaija Season 9.”


How To Audition For BBNaija Season Nine


1. Make and upload a 3-minute video telling Big Brother why “both of you” should be in Big Brother’s House together.


2. You have to audition together describing yourselves and where you’re from, talk about your personalities, your favourite things, likes, dislikes, unique things about both of you, and how it may help you do well on BBNaija S9.


4. Stay natural, don’t force it, keep it fun!


5. Audition is free and will open on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at 8:00 pm. It is open to persons who are 21 years old and above with a valid means of identification.


6. Auditions are to be submitted to africamagic.tv/bigbrother
