The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers on Thursday Marc 21st 2024, officially unveiled her new elegant National Headquarters and National Secretariat to the public. Under the leadership of ESV Johnbull Amayaevbo, the new edifice which is a six-storey building had attained 100% completion, and was commissioned by the executive governor of Edo State, Godwin Obaseki. With state-of-the-art infrastructure and sublime finishing, the impressive new headquarters and edifice has a unique importance in the history of NIESV as the first time ever, her own building will be unveiled.

The National President of NIESV, ESV Johnbull Amayaevbo, mentioned that his administration took over the construction of the building while it was at a 72% completion stage, and had gone on to complete the building under 14 months. He didn’t fail to mention that NIESV had already been operating from the new building for 9 months in a row.

In the words of the National President, “the building has unique importance. It is the outcome of NIESV’s vision years ago to establish its presence in the FCT and the desired presence has eventually come alive in this magnificent edifice, one indeed befitting of the stature of NIESV.”

While eulogizing the efforts of NIESV under the leadership of ESV Johnbull Amayaevbo, the Edo State Governor clearly remarked that he was indeed proud of this indelible milestone which is a pointer to the truism that the National President is indeed a vibrant achiever.

Governor Godwin Obaseki also unveiled the NIESV Real Estate Market (REM) Report, 2021-2023 and 2024 Real Estate Outlook by the Research and Development Committee of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. This is the first ever initiative by any professional body or group of individuals to create a blueprint of up-to-the-minute data regarding Real Estate in Nigeria. This document will go further to upscaling statistics for proficiency across the Federal Government, State Governors, Local Governments and private individuals or institutions, in the Real Estate sector, and will also enable adequate market conclusions by stakeholders in the Real Estate industry in Nigeria, and also globally.

There is no gainsaying the truism that ESV Johnbull Amayaevbo has succinctly printed his footprints on the sands of time, and in the annals of the history of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, through the commissioning of the NIESV New Headquarters and National Secretariat. This is a pioneering advancement that will leave forever.
