A prominent Delta indigene, Ejiro Ernest Ofoye Esq has commended the Senator representing Delta Central, Senator Ede Dafinone for his efforts in securing the release of His Royal Majesty, King Clement Ikolo, Urhukpe 1, the revered monarch of Ewu-Urhobo Kingdom in Ughelli South Local Government Area of the State.
He was earlier declared wanted, for which he turmed himself to the police and the police handed him over to the military.
This is following an attack in Okuama community, which falls within the domain of the traditional ruler. During the attack, at least 16 military personnel were killed, a development that has attracted nationwide condemnation.
