In a thrilling finale, Manchester City secured their fourth consecutive Premier League title under the guidance of manager Pep Guardiola.

Their victory over West Ham on the final day of the season sealed the historic achievement.

The triumph, City’s sixth Premier League win during Guardiola’s tenure, came after a hard-fought campaign where they trailed behind both Liverpool and Arsenal earlier in the season.

However, a remarkable surge in form saw them win their last nine league matches, edging out Arsenal by two points to claim the title.

Individual accolades were also bestowed upon Phil Foden, named FWA Player of the Year, and Erling Haaland, who clinched the Golden Boot award.

With their focus now shifting to the FA Cup final, City aims to secure a double victory by defeating local rivals Manchester United at Wembley Stadium on May 25th.
