Nigerian musician Habeeb Okikiola, known as Portable, has disclosed that he was encouraged to engage in a feud with fellow artist Davido but chose not to.
Portable explained that his refusal stemmed from the support he received from Davido in the past.
He stressed the importance of remaining loyal to those who have helped him, expressing his gratitude for Davido’s assistance.
During an Instagram Live session on Thursday while in the United States, the singer shared that Davido had extended an invitation to him.
“Don’t fight your benefactor,” Portable advised. “People tried to provoke a conflict between me and Davido, but I stayed loyal to him. Seeing Davido uplifts me,” he said.
