Former Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari has revealed that his health has significantly improved since leaving office on May 29, 2023.

Buhari, who was often plagued by health challenges during his presidency, shared that he now looks and feels better after stepping down.

While in office, he frequently traveled abroad for medical treatment, sparking concerns and debates over his health and governance.

Speaking at an All Progressives Congress, APC, stakeholders’ meeting at the Katsina State Government House, Buhari suggested that the complexities of being the President of Nigeria affected his health.

“Those outside the corridors of power do not understand the complexities and difficulties facing Nigeria.
