President Bola Ahmed Tinubu returned to Abuja on Monday night after a two-week working visit to France and the United Kingdom.
His arrival at the presidential wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport at 9:50 p.m. was met with a warm reception from key members of his administration.
Among those present to welcome the President were the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike; National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu; and Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila.
While the presidency has remained tight-lipped about the specific details of Tinubu’s overseas engagements, his absence from the country stirred public speculation and curiosity over the nature of his international meetings.
