One of the leading players in Abuja real estate sector and the MD/CEO, Toslad Group, Amb. Dr. Tosin Ladejobi has made the list of awardees at the recently concluded 100 Most Notable Africans Leadership and Business Summit 2025.
He bagged the honour of 100 Most Notable Peace Icons Africa.
The summit in Kigali, Rwanda was organised by 100 Most Notable Peace Icons from July 4 - 6 where individuals who have made impact in nation-building were recognised.
With expertise in consultancy and development, he is believed to be one of those spearheading innovative real estate projects that transform communities. His firm has also contributed in beautifying cities across Nigeria, having successfully delivered projects in prime locations:....
In Abuja, where he is based, he has completed several large projects and just recently, he held a groundbreaking ceremony for an estate to be known as Olumo (rock) at Apo Tafyi.
The ceremony attracted traditional rulers, captains of industries, entertainers, entrepreneurs, business associates of the Toslad CEO, investors as well as well wishers from all works of life.
Through his exploits in real estate, he has empowered communities and created jobs for numerous young people, both direct and indirect employment.
He has also built capacity, offering mentorship to young people to build their career around the sector, aiming to contribute his quota in ensuring a successful credible successor generation in the sector.
The honour was seen as appreciation for his efforts in advancing the frontiers of national development.
He was also inducted into the Asian Chamber of Commerce during the Kigali event.
The Project Director Africa, Ambassador Dr. Kingsley Amafibe who was full of gratitude with the quality of attendance said the organization will continue to identify and recognize individuals who are making a while lot of difference to advance the frontiers of development in Africa.
Among others honoured include, football star Mo Salah, Africa's richest man Aliko Dangote, music star Burna Boy, renowned investor Femi Otedola, DG WTO Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala and other notable Africans.
