Jeremiah Ibi Agala is one of Africa’s finest and most respected youth leadership strategists, skills development coaches, consultants, speakers, and educators with over two decades of experience in public speaking and leadership training. An incurable believer in the African project, Jeremiah is driven by faith and a deep conviction in the greatness of Africa and his home country, Nigeria.
Renowned for his creative ideas and impactful initiatives, he has successfully managed human service–based projects and built a thriving career in advertising, branding, and entrepreneurship.
He sits on the boards of several organizations, including The Inspiring Youths Africa Initiative, Rest Logic Nigeria (a multifaceted company with expertise in branding, advertising, event management, and consultancy), DAJ Unique Ventures Ltd (an ICT outfit), and serves as the Executive Director of Adashi Investment Cooperative Society Limited. He is also the Creative Programme Director and Publisher of the Inspiring Youth Africa Magazine.
Jeremiah is the pioneer Executive Director of Nigeria, We the Youths Global (an initiative of the Mplug Group), and a former Vice President of the United Nigeria Youths Congress (UNYC). An alumnus of the African Centre for Leadership, Strategy and Development (CLSD), he also serves as Technical Adviser for the Commonwealth Women Network, Nigeria.
Through his initiatives, over 15,000 young people have been directly impacted. He is the convener of one of the largest non-political youth gatherings in Nigeria’s capital city, and has hosted numerous value-driven youth and women conferences, including: The Emerging Youth Leaders Conference, Inspire Conference, Inspire Her Conference & Awards, Inspiring Leaders, CEOs & Startups Conference, National Youth Leaders and Stakeholders Summit, and the African Women and Youths in Agro Trade and Investment Summit.
These events have attracted thousands of participants locally and internationally, producing outstanding leaders across various sectors.
A passionate mentor, Jeremiah brings to every session a blend of in-depth knowledge, practical insights, and uncommon experience. As Director General of the Edge Leadership & Enterprise Development Center (E-LED), he continues to champion leadership, enterprise, and youth empowerment across Africa.
A favourite on TV and radio platforms, Jeremiah is a constant promoter of the United Africa vision, firmly believing that the strength and prosperity of the continent lie in its unity and the development of its youth and women—the greatest assets of Africa.
A multiple award-winning leader, prolific author, and eloquent speaker in high demand for seminars and conferences within and outside Nigeria, Jeremiah Agala is an unrepentant believer in competence, character, and integrity. Widely traveled, he also enjoys reading and exploring new opportunities that advance human potential and community transformation.
He recently marked his birthday in Abuja which had in attendance prominent individuals from the business, intellectual, and political sectors.
