A new publication, Property Brokers International Magazine, is set to redefine Africa’s real estate media landscape with the launch, today, of its debut issue, which unveils the continent’s top 100 real estate personalities.
The inaugural edition of the magazine will be formally unveiled on today, September 2, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Shehu Musa Yar’Adua Centre, Abuja. The event will gather key stakeholders across Africa’s property sector, including developers, investors, brokers, policymakers, and urban planning experts.

At the heart of the publication is a vision to highlight the achievements of trailblazers shaping Africa’s fast-evolving real estate sector. Its first edition, Volume 1 – September 2025, will feature exclusive interviews, market trends, and profiles of top players driving innovation and transformation across the continent.

The publisher and media entrepreneur cum business mogul behind the magazine, Dr Matthew Ibadin, a millionaire businessman making his foray into media, described the platform as a tribute to excellence and a catalyst for property industry growth.

“Africa is experiencing an urban transformation like never before,” Ibadin said. “The magazine seeks to recognise the icons leading this change while serving as a compass for aspiring players in the industry.”

Property Brokers International Magazine also positions itself as a trusted source of verified property listings and intelligence, tackling issues such as title fraud and false documentation. Its broader aim is to bridge investors, institutions, and professionals through research, strategic exposure, and credible reporting.

With offerings ranging from housing insights and investment analysis to legal guidance and urban development forecasts, the publication aspires to become the continent’s most influential property media brand, where credibility meets opportunity.
