Fresh concerns over insecurity in Plateau State have deepened as gunmen abducted a member of the Plateau State House of Assembly.
The lawmaker, who represents Pankshin South Constituency, was reportedly taken from his residence in the Dong area of Jos North Local Government Area.
The shocking incident has once again brought to the fore the worsening state of security across Plateau, where violent attacks and abductions have become all too frequent in recent months.
