President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Monday welcomed the Vice President of the Republic of Colombia, Her Excellency Francia Márquez, to the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
Márquez, who is on a three-day official visit to Nigeria, arrived in the country on Saturday and was accompanied to the State House by Nigeria’s Vice President, Kashim Shettima.
The high-level meeting is part of efforts to strengthen diplomatic ties between Nigeria and Colombia, with both countries expected to explore new areas of cooperation during Márquez’s visit.
