Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has appointed Mrs. Sabanti Nathan as the Acting Head of Service of the FCT Administration.
Her appointment comes in the wake of the death of Grace Adayilo on September 1, 2025.
This was announced in a statement released on Tuesday by Lere Olayinka, Senior Special Assistant on Public Communications and Social Media to the minister.
According to the statement, Nathan’s appointment takes effect immediately and will remain in place until a substantive Head of Service is named.
Before this new role, Nathan was the Permanent Secretary of the Youth Development Secretariat of the FCTA. She had also previously served as Director of Finance and Administration in the office of the FCT Minister.
