A stalwart of the governing All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Bishop Ugokwe Prince the presiding Bishop of Yoke Breakers prophetic ministry abuja. has commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the National Chairman of the party, Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda, for the success of the recently concluded ward congress in Plateau State.
Bishop Ugokwe Prince, who served as Chairman of the Ward and Local Government Screening Committee in the state, applauded the party’s leadership for the transparency, unity and sense of purpose that characterised the exercise.
He particularly expressed deep appreciation to the National Chairman for the confidence reposed in him and his team, noting that the smooth conduct of the congress reflects the party’s commitment to internal democracy and grassroots consolidation.
According to him, the APC has continued to distinguish itself as a party built on structure, discipline and reward for loyalty. He stressed that the peaceful and orderly outcome of the Plateau congress has further strengthened the party’s base ahead of future political engagements.
“The confidence reposed in us by the national leadership is not taken for granted. It is a call to greater service, dedication and sacrifice for our great party,” he stated.
He continued, “The success recorded in Plateau is a testament to the visionary leadership of our National Chairman, whose administrative acumen and commitment to fairness have continued to inspire unity across party lines.”
He also extended gratitude to other party chieftains, including High Chief Nze Duru and Dr. Akwaeke Francis Okoye Oyi, whose cooperation and unwavering support enabled the screening committee to discharge its responsibilities effectively and without rancour.
Bishop Ugokwe Prince further maintained that the trust placed in him was earned through years of personal sacrifices, steadfast prayers and relentless mobilization efforts that contributed to the party’s overwhelming victory at the polls in 2023. He reaffirmed his loyalty to the APC and pledged to continue working for the consolidation of the Renewed Hope agenda of President Tinubu.
While applauding the National Chairman, he described him as a unifying figure whose leadership style promotes inclusiveness, internal cohesion and strategic growth of the party across all states of the federation.
He noted that under his stewardship, the APC remains focused on strengthening its grassroots structures and ensuring that the party continues to deliver dividends of democracy to Nigerians.
