The lineup for the UEFA Champions League Round of 16 has now been finalized following the conclusion of Wednesday night’s play-off second-leg matches.

The teams that advanced through the play-offs are Real Madrid, Atalanta, Bayer Leverkusen, Galatasaray, Paris Saint-Germain, Newcastle United, Bodo/Glimt, and Atletico Madrid.

They join the clubs that secured automatic qualification from the league phase: Arsenal, Bayern Munich, Liverpool, Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea, Barcelona, and Sporting Lisbon.

Under the competition format, each seeded team will be drawn into one of two possible positions in the Round of 16, facing a designated winner from the knockout phase play-offs. The exact positions are determined by the play-off draw.

As it stands, the potential matchups are:
• Arsenal will face either Bayer Leverkusen or Atalanta.
• Chelsea will take on either Newcastle United or Paris Saint-Germain.
• Paris Saint-Germain could meet either Barcelona or Chelsea.
• Real Madrid are set to face either Manchester City or Sporting Lisbon.
• Barcelona will come up against either Newcastle United or Paris Saint-Germain.

The final fixtures will be confirmed after the official draw.
