
City Boy Movement Congratulates NDDC Boss Samuel Ogbuku on Emergence as Ayakoro Paramount Ruler
The Bayelsa State Chapter of the City Boy Movement has congratulated the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, following his election as the Paramount Ruler of Ayakoro Community in Ogbia Local Government Area of Bayelsa State.
In a congratulatory message, the group described Ogbuku as a visionary leader, distinguished stakeholder, and worthy son of the community whose emergence reflects the confidence and trust reposed in him by the people of Ayakoro.
The message, signed by the Bayelsa State Director of the City Boy Movement, His Highness Barr. Osomkime Edwin Blankson, praised the NDDC boss for his exemplary leadership and unwavering commitment to the development of the Niger Delta region.
According to the group, Dr. Ogbuku's election as Paramount Ruler is a testament to his outstanding contributions to community growth, public service, and the advancement of the welfare of the people.
