Bayelsa PDP Chairman George Turnah Attends Late Mother's 6th Memorial Thanksgiving Service
EDEOHA, BAYELSA STATE — The Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Bayelsa State, Alabh George Turnah, MON, on Sunday arrived at the Christian Church of God Mission, Edeoha, to participate in the 6th Memorial Thanksgiving Service held in honour of his late mother.
The thanksgiving service drew family members, political associates, church leaders, community stakeholders, and well-wishers who gathered to celebrate the life, legacy, and enduring values of the deceased.
Turnah was warmly received by members of the congregation and guests on arrival before joining the worship service, which featured prayers, hymns, thanksgiving, and messages encouraging faith, love, and service to humanity.
The memorial thanksgiving provided an opportunity for family and friends to reflect on the late matriarch's contributions to her family, church, and community while offering gratitude to God for her impactful life and cherished memories.
The event concluded with fellowship among attendees, who joined the Turnah family in commemorating the sixth anniversary of the passing of their beloved mother.
