
EX-AGITATORS LEADERS FORUM COMMEND OTUARO OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE
Today’s high-level stakeholders meeting between the three National Chairmen of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (Phase 1, 2 & 3) and the Administrator of PAP, Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro, marks yet another decisive stride toward sustainable peace, empowerment, and regional development in the Niger Delta.
Under the strategic coordination of National Chairman Phase 2, General Ibena Rufus Salvation, discussions were centered on strengthening and consolidating the gains already recorded particularly the ongoing reintegration exercise within the educational sector. The focus remains clear: ensuring beneficiaries are meaningfully empowered and successfully reintegrated into society with dignity, purpose, and long-term impact.
With the active presence and valuable contributions of General Aroni Oputu (Phase 1), General Ibena Rufus Salvation (Phase 2), and respected Phase 3 leaders Elaye Slaboh and Preye Ekpebidei, the meeting also advanced strategic grassroots mobilization efforts ahead of the Door-to-Door 2027 General Election engagement.
General Ibena Rufus Salvation commended the Administrator for his outstanding performance within such a short period in office. The leadership collectively pledged their loyalty and unwavering support, reaffirming their commitment to sustaining the progress and stability achieved under his administration.
The growing synergy between the PAP leadership, the Administrator, and his Technical Assistant continues to drive real transformation reinforcing a shared vision of unity, stability, and inclusive development across the Niger Delta.
