The conference, themed "Evolve & Become," is scheduled to hold on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at 8 Gado Nasko Close, off Jose Marti Road, Asokoro, Abuja.

Organised by YOULIBUS Network Africa, the event is expected to attract entrepreneurs, business executives, professionals, policymakers, investors, development partners and aspiring female leaders from across Nigeria and beyond.

Participants will be treated to an engaging lineup of activities including a business summit, fireside chat, keynote presentations by renowned speakers, insightful panel discussions, premium networking opportunities, live entertainment, a glamorous red-carpet experience and the presentation of awards to deserving individuals and organisations whose achievements have significantly impacted their respective fields.

The conference will be held in two distinct sessions. The morning session will focus on business development, innovation, mentorship and capacity building, while the evening session will feature the prestigious awards ceremony celebrating excellence, leadership and enterprise.

Speaking ahead of the event, the Founder of Young Ladies in Business (YOULIBUS), Amb. Tiana-Wealth C. Bassey, said the conference is more than an annual gathering, describing it as a movement committed to empowering women to discover their potential, build sustainable businesses and become transformative leaders.

According to her, "The theme 'Evolve & Become' is a call for every woman to embrace growth, challenge limitations and intentionally position herself for greater impact. Through this conference, we are creating a platform where ideas are exchanged, meaningful relationships are built, businesses are strengthened and excellence is celebrated. We are excited to welcome participants from different backgrounds to what promises to be a life-changing experience."

She added that the awards segment is intended to recognise exceptional personalities, entrepreneurs and organisations whose commitment to innovation, leadership, mentorship and community development continues to inspire others and contribute to national and continental growth.

Amb. Bassey encouraged business owners, professionals, students, young entrepreneurs and stakeholders across various sectors to take advantage of the conference to learn, connect, collaborate and unlock new opportunities for personal and professional advancement.
