Promise Land Innovation Limited, owners of the WEALTH App, has terminated its brand ambassadorial agreement with actress Tonto Charity Dike with immediate effect.
The company announced the termination in a statement signed by its Executive Director, Mrs. Gift Emmanuel, and dated September 15, 2026.
According to the company, the decision followed a review of Dike’s performance under the agreement, which it said showed that her contractual obligations and promotional objectives had not been satisfactorily fulfilled.
It further disclosed that Tonto Dike failed to attend a performance review meeting scheduled for September 7, which was intended to provide an opportunity to address outstanding obligations and discuss way forward.
“Consequently, the company has exercised its contractual right to bring the Brand Ambassadorship Agreement to an end with immediate effect,” the statement said.
The company said Dike had been formally notified of the decision and wished her well in her future endeavours.
Despite the termination, Promise Land Innovation Limited said the development would not affect its commitment to providing innovative solutions for real estate investment management through the WEALTH App.
It also thanked its subscribers, customers, partners and the general public for their continued support and confidence in the platform, stressing that it remained committed to delivering solutions aimed at creating lasting value for its users.
No information was however disclosed on the specific contractual obligations allegedly left unfulfilled by the actress.
