The Centre for REAL Impact International (REAL Platform) is a youth-centric non-governmental organization committed to shaping the next generation of leaders and changemakers (GEN-NEXT).

The organization has evolved into a dynamic NGO that champions sustainable development through impactful interventions in Poverty reduction, Climate action mitigation, and Future-focused employment opportunities. In line with its mission, the organization has developed a 10-year strategic roadmap covering 2025 to 2035.

To ensure alignment with stakeholders, transparency, and organizational growth, a Strategy Plan document was outlined highlighting strategies that shape generational transformation,
engage solutions that impact youths and society and align with credible, value-driven organizations with global reach that are committed to the future of GEN-NEXT.

To align the organization with its vision and mission, the REAL Platform held a ten-hour intensive Leadership Conclave on 30th August 2025 at Meethaq Hotel, Jabi-Abuja.
The training themed “Beyond Passion: Leading with Clarity, Purpose, and Results”, in collaboration with KJK Development Systems (KDS) as a strategic forum to inspire, equip, and strengthen the leadership framework of the organization. The Conclave brought together
speakers from different spheres of influence, executives, volunteers, and the founder in a unified space of learning, dialogue, and collaboration. The gathering was more than
knowledge exchange but a catalyst for aligning vision with action.

Deliberations centered on
building sustainable structures, strengthening leadership competencies, instituting effective
management systems, enhancing fundraising capacity, and mobilizing resources to advance
the organization’s mission.
The conclave also provided a platform to network, share ideas and expand knowledge.

Speaking at the event, a youth advocate and one of the facilitators, Dr. Aji R. Robinson (FIMC) highlighted effective methods for achieving long-term financial stability, designing and implementing business models that balance social mission and how to develop and apply metrics to track social impact and financial performance in NGOs. Other speakers at the
event advocated for self-reliance and personal development, urging young people to imbibe
the principles of perseverance, consistency and sacrifice.

A resource person, Mr. Ali Taofeeq was of the view that personal sacrifices must be made in
order to achieve success. He spoke on the topic: "Builders also Bleed" where he admonished the youths not to give up, as nothing good comes in a gold platter. Another youth advocate.

Dr. Tosin Olushola who spoke on the topic, "Leading yourself before leading others" said leadership is all about self assessment as one cannot assess others without assessing himself critically. He urged the participants to always allow and appreciate criticism, as
criticism is not condemnation but an expo suggesting practical steps to be the best version of
oneself.

Similarly, the ever dynamic Mr. Raphael Abejirin, a disciplined and intelligent speaker cum protocol expert, delivered a resounding lecture on the topic, "Effective Submission to Authority and Leadership Alignment". There was also a presentation from Mr. Chris Ogee the Country Director, an ICT expert and many others. It was a day to remember for the
participants who were excited and prayed for another opportunity for such impartation.

By the close of the event, participants were not only charged with renewed clarity and purpose but also equipped with concrete action points and immediate implementation
strategies to drive transformational outcomes across their respective state expressions in Abuja, Kogi, Lagos, Plateau & Enugu.
