PASTOR REUBEN INITIATIVE ADOPTS PETROLEOM MINISTER SEN. HEINEKEN LOKPOBIRI AS NATIONAL PATRON

The founder of the Pastor Reuben Initiative for Good Leadership and Accountability (PRIFGLA), Chief Pastor Reuben C. Wilson in cahoots with the leadership of the Initiative has officially declared his decision to align politically with the Honourable Minister of State for Petroleum Resources Oil and has consequently adopted him as the Initiative National Patron, citing admiration for the minister’s style of leadership and commitment to service.

Speaking to TvAfrica24 News during a stakeholders’ meeting involving various departments and coordinators of the initiative, Pastor Reuben explained that his decision was reached after closely observing the minister’s approach to leadership, which he described as responsible, people-oriented, and worthy of support.

According to him, the alignment is not based on personal interest alone, but on his conviction that the minister has demonstrated qualities capable of attracting meaningful development and progress to the people.

Pastor Reuben stated that he considered it necessary to formally inform members and stakeholders of the initiative about his political position and future direction, stressing that unity and collective participation remain important in achieving common goals.

He further noted that he does not associate himself with individuals carelessly, adding that his support for the minister came after careful observation and satisfaction with the minister’s conduct in public office.

Stakeholders present at the meeting reportedly welcomed the decision, describing it as a strategic move that could open more opportunities for collaboration, empowerment, and community development.

The meeting also served as an avenue for discussions on strengthening the activities of the initiative and encouraging members to remain committed to responsible leadership and peaceful political engagement.
