American rapper, Cardi B, has further stirred speculation about her relationship with Super Eagles goalkeeper Maduka Okoye after describing the Nigerian international as “really sweet” and “very kind” following their latest public appearance together.

The pair were reportedly seen together in Italy on Thursday, September 3, shortly after Okoye helped Udinese secure a 2-1 comeback victory over Venezia in the Coppa Italia round of 32.

Cardi B had previously spoken warmly about the goalkeeper after the two were seen dining with friends at a waterfront restaurant in Venice.

“He was really sweet. When you see him on social media, he looks very strict and stern, but he is very kind. I hope to see more of him,” she said.

The latest encounter marks the third time the rapper and the Nigerian goalkeeper have been spotted together since speculation about their relationship emerged.

Their first public appearance together reportedly came during the Jean Paul Gaultier Fall/Winter 2026 Haute Couture show at Paris Fashion Week. They were seated beside each other before later being seen conversing on a balcony at a private gathering.

The duo were subsequently seen at the Venice dinner, with their latest appearance in Italy further fuelling interest among fans and followers.

Despite their repeated appearances together in France and Italy, neither Cardi B nor Okoye has publicly confirmed that they are romantically involved. The outings have also taken place in the presence of other people.

Okoye, who represents both Udinese and the Super Eagles, was born in Dusseldorf to a Nigerian father and German mother. Beyond football, the goalkeeper has attracted attention this year through appearances at high-profile events, including Paris Fashion Week and the Formula One British Grand Prix.

For now, the pair have not directly addressed the relationship rumours, leaving fans to speculate about the nature of their growing public association.
