Abuja-based comedian and entertainer, Headmaxter, is set to host the second edition of his premium party and entertainment show, tagged ‘Above the Hype 2.0 – The Matrix Edition’, as part of efforts to provide residents of the Federal Capital Territory with an evening of laughter, music and entertainment.
The event, organised by Headmaxter and promoted by Syphen Media & Entertainment, is scheduled to hold on Sunday, December 6, 2026, at Soul Lounge Resort, Jahi, Abuja, with activities commencing at 6:00 p.m.
The show is expected to feature an exciting blend of comedy, music and high-energy entertainment, with a 15-hour non-stop party experience planned for guests.
Among the artistes and entertainers expected to perform are popular comedian Mark Angel, Koboko Master, Shortcut, MC Bob, Slym Shaddy, DJ Romie and DJ Davidson. Other performers on the music lineup include DJ Younggee, DJ Obidi, DJ Pro, DJ Cicemo, DJ Legend, DJ Fancy, DJ Swag, DJ Flowsy, Superfly DJOD and DJ Saintobi.
The event will also feature a strong lineup of hype personalities and entertainers, including Hypeman Spirit, MC Akpere, Sound HMD, Biggie Oche, EFC, Ugehmoney, Lamba of Hype Oppressor and Scandy1, who are expected to sustain the excitement and keep guests entertained.
With the theme, The Matrix Edition, the organisers are positioning the show as an opportunity for comedy and entertainment lovers to unwind, socialise and enjoy an unforgettable experience.
Tickets are available in three categories, with the Flat ticket going for N7,000, while the Silver Table and Gold Table are priced at N1 million and N2 million respectively.
The organisers have also invited corporate organisations, individuals and potential partners to explore sponsorship and partnership opportunities ahead of the event.
